• The resort reserves the right to cancel or amend any reservation in the event of pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Failure to check in (no-show) may result in retention charges as per the applicable booking policy.

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the natural surroundings of the Kabini region.• Activities within forest or wildlife zones must strictly follow government and forest department regulations.
• Loud music, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
• The resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation or services to any guest violating policies or laws.
• Any damage caused to resort property will be charged to the guest.
