Terms and Conditions

  • You are making a booking with the hotel directly.

  • Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.

  • You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.

  • Other inclusions not listed as a part of this booking may be chargeable.

Cancellation Rules

  • Cancellations made 15 days or fewer before the scheduled arrival date, including no-shows, will incur a 100% charge of the total booking amount.

  • Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.

Check-in & Check-out Policy

  • Standard check-in: 2:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM.

Reservation and Admission Rights

  • Fireflies Kabini reserves the right to accept or decline reservations and to grant or deny admission at its discretion.
